Description of the issue

Installed on new machine.  Can not get it to connect to the server - by name or IP address. It says it can not reach the file.

User's old machine gets to the files just fine.  Unable to figure out why new machine can not reach the server.  Tried this with Firewall off and on without success.

We have a 20 user license with only 4 in use, so we believe that's not the problem.

New machine was placed where the old one was, but can not see the server.  We can ping the server from the machine, just can't get it to connect to the remote host.

Tried installation on another machine, same result.  Trying to determine if this is a set up on client issue, or something wrong on the server.

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

Filemaker Pro - Portal.fp7 could not be opened.  Either the host is not available, or the file is not available on that host.
