Description of the issue

My business has set up file maker pro on my bosses computer and I am accessing via the web publishing. Randomly, I am unable to add notes to a contact in a contact manager file. Occasionally it will work, but probably less than 10% of the time I try. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Adding notes to contact manager is the core reason my business purchased and began using Filemaker pro and the customer support wont give us answers without signing up for the paid support.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open contact manager database on web browser

open notes tab to add note

click add a note buttom

Expected result

opens note to input/edit

Actual result

nothing happens
