Summary

Can't insert photoshop objects (linked or unlinked) into container after upgrading from CS4 to CS5

Product

FileMaker Pro

Version

10

Operating system version

Windows 7

Description of the issue

After upgrading to Windows 7 and Photoshop CS5 from CS4, I am unable to insert a Photoshop file as an object, linked or unlinked, into a container field. If trying to insert linked, the error message "the action cannot be completed because the selected link's source is presently unavailable" appears. If trying to insert unlinked, nothing happens and the container box remains empty. Other documents such as JPEG or PPT insert just fine. I tried to move the file to different folders, but nothing changed. Note that files created with CS5 do not insert either. However, Photoshop files do insert on another computer that does not have the upgraded CS5 version of Photoshop.

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

The action cannot be completed because the selected link's source is presently unavailable.
