      Description of the issue

      When I attempt to register product via the Help menu, the screen does not show all fields and does not have scroll bars so I can't register the product.

      Steps to reproduce the problem

      Select Help > Register
      No Register button appears on that screen but if I press Enter it will take me to the registration screen (name, etc) but I cannot get to the bottom of the page to complete the form.

               If the FileMaker Product Registration window will not resize, then registration can be completed instead online at the following URL:

                

          http://onlineregister.com/filemaker/CA/

                

               In my Windows 7 virtual environment, I am also not able to resize the window. Is your Windows 7 environment virtualized or is this a standard Windows PC installation?

                

               Lastly, since this is a public forum, if you intended for any of the information in your screenshot to be private, you may wish to switch out or remove the posted graphic.

                 Thanks for the heads up, I didn't think about my info being on display. Yikes!

                 My system is standard Windows 7 64 bit .

                             As to the original problem, could it be that you have a windows display setting larger than 100%? I'm wondering if that might be the source of the incorrectly displaying dialog issue.

                               I had a similar problem on the first page of registration where you select the country.

                               The "Register Now" button was there on mine but outside the contents of the window so you couldn't see it. I was able to "zoom" out to see the button by holding down the <Ctrl> button and using the wheel on the mouse. So press and hold <Ctrl> then roll the mouse wheel down toward you. This will "Zoom" the contents of that window out where you will see the buttons Register Later and Register Now.

                               Alternatively, you can select your country, press <Tab> once and press <Enter.>

                               This same process seemed to work with the second registration page as well where I was able to zoom out and see all the fields.
