You'll need to describe this issue in much more detail.
the procedure I follow is as follows:
1) document generated using filemaker
2) save document using the settings button in top right corner - the Menu appears - click onto Save/send - when that menu appears - enter onto Database by saving under a name - then press email - new message form appears - this is completed and send.
3) once this procedure is followed the email remains in the outbox
.4) need to be able to send the document from the Ipad to my personal / company email - once received i should be able to save it in my computer drive under the appropriate folder.
5) It used to work all fine for months until now
Using what version of FileMaker Go? This would appear to be FM GO 13 but I had to compare interfaces to be sure.
And what option from save/Send did you select? File? Snapshot Link? Field?
You need to fill in the details asked for in the submission form so that others can attempt to reproduce the issue using the exact same options.
