did you uninstall / delete (Mac) the FMP14 pre-release resources before installing FMP 14.0.1?
I didn't have any "previous" on the FMP14 - so no pre-release resources !

If you have not yet found a solution, create a new user account, login to the new user account, and launch FileMaker Pro 14.0.1. Do you still have the same issue?
