      Summary

Cannot use Ctrl-Shift-A as a custom menu shortcut?

      Product

      FileMaker Pro

      Version

      FileMaker Pro 11 Advanced 11.0v3

      Operating system version

Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP

      Description of the issue

A custom menu item with the keyboard shortcut Crtl-Shift-A does not run when Ctrl-Shift-A is pressed. However, clicking the menu item from the menu will run the script.

      Steps to reproduce the problem

Create a custom menu item linked to a script that uses the Ctrl-Shift-A keyboard shortcut.

      Expected result

Pressing Ctrl-Shift-A should run the script linked to the menu item.

      Actual result

The script does not run (checked via the Script Debugger).

      Workaround

Changing the shortcut keys (Ctrl-Shift-B) will run the script, as will selecting the menu item directly.
