Description of the issue

Just updated from Pro 12 to Pro 13.  Went to 'Help' tab and selected 'Check for Updates'.  Error message received "Internet connection failed.  Cannot check for update information."

Same procedure works fine in Filemaker Pro 12 which I have not uninstalled yet.
