      Operating system version

      Windows 2003 Server

      Description of the issue

      Unable to connect to Filemaker 11 advanced server from Coldfusion JDBC.

      copied fmjdbc.jar to:
      and restarted server

      # Connection verification failed for data source: Monitor_radius_archive
      java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver
      The root cause was that: java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver

      jdbc url jdbc:FileMaker://myhost:2399/mydatabase
      driver class com.filemaker.jdbc.Driver

          Thank you for your post.

          What version of Java are you running?

          Instead of using "myhost", try using the IP address.

          I'd like to verify that the extended privileges of the database file is set for ODBC/JDBC, and the ODBC/JDBC Sharing has been turned on and the file is set to allow access.

          Any other information you can provide may be helpful in narrowing down the possible cause(s).
