      Summary

Control-arrow in Edit Script not working

      Description of the issue

FileMaker Product(s) involved:FileMaker Pro Advanced 10.0v1. Almost certainly involves all previous FMPA & FMP versions, at least since version 7 or earlier.Operating System(s) involved:Windows Vista for Business. Not tried on Mac, but almost certainly involved.Detailed description of the issue:Pressing control-up_arrow or control-down_arrow will move a set of selected fields, scripts, or layouts up or down, as one block. One would expect this to work likewise for a block of script steps, but unfortunately it does not. Instead only one of the script steps moves (either the first or last in the block, for up- or down-arrow respectively).Exact steps to reproduce the issue:1.  Create any script, containing 3 or more steps.2.  Shift-select 2 or more (adjacent) steps.3.  Press control-up_arrow, or control-down_arrow.Expected Result:Pressing control-up_arrow or control-down_arrow will move a set of selected fields, scripts, or layouts up or down, as one block. One would expect this to work likewise for a block of script steps.Actual Result:Instead only one of the script steps moves (either the first or last step in the block, for up- or down-arrow respectively).Exact text of any error message(s) that appeared:N/AAny additional configuration information/troubleshooting that is relevant to the issue:This behaviour was confirmed by a room full of developers at a TechNet  meeting un the UK yesterday, including Kieran Saunders (FMI) & Chris Manton (Babelfix). I have a simple .fp7 file available to prove this behaviour.Any workarounds that you have found:The only available work-around is very laborious: to move one step at a time, using control-up_arrow or control down_arrow.
