Summary

Copy and Paste disabled in select file dialog when using Go To shortcut

Product

FileMaker Pro

Version

11v2 Advanced

Operating system version

10.6.4

Description of the issue

When using select file dialogs, there is an option to Go To a specific folder.  It's invoked via the shortcut Command-Shift-G.  You get a small modal sheet come up where you can type a path directly.  When you are typing into this box, all of the usual shortcuts (copy, paste, select all) are not available.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open FMPA.
Open the Developer Utilities dialog.
Click "Load Settings..."
Type Command-Shift-G to bring up the Go To Folder sheet.
Type a path and try copy, paste and select all etc.

Expected result

You should have access to these functions.  They're important for automation as well as normal operation.

Actual result

The options are greyed out.

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

None.

Configuration information

I haven't checked all of the other dialogs throughout the product, so there could be others.

Workaround

You can right click to get the past and copy, but still not the shortcuts.
