Copy ctrl-c inserts junk

Description of the issue

There is a dangerous windows issue if copy/paste have been removed from custom menu.  When a User highlights text (and they don't know their specific menu won't allow copy) and then they ctrl-c, it replaces their text with square.  Please review this link for specifics: I would consider it a bug only because it is dangerous in Windows OS. UPDATE:  It is important to allow removal of paste to protect pop-ups, radio buttons and checkboxes from selecting invalid values.
