Description of the issue
Installed new version on Executive Director's pc last week, and it worked fine. Today, program will not start, and I get a generic "FileMaker Pro has stopped working" Windows error message almost immediately after trying to open the program. I have very little information to provide clues to a possible cause and solution.
This problem persists even after the program is uninstalled and re-installed fresh.
Any suggestions on where to start attacking this problem?
