I don't have an immediate answer, but I need to ask a few questions to help narrow down some possible causes.
Pull down the File menu and select "Save/Send Records As -> PDF...". Give it a dummy file name and save to the desktop. Does any error occur?
If not, try opening this file with Adobe Acrobat Reader (or an application that opens PDF files) and print. Any problem?
This will help me narrow down printer versus network versus FileMaker Pro.
