Cursor is not present when editing value lists via drop down

Description of the issue

FileMaker Product(s) involved:9, 10.0v1, 10.0v2Operating System(s) involved:WinXP SP3Mac not testedDetailed description of the issue:When editing a value list from a "drop down" for a field the cursorcannot be seen in the "Edit Value List Dialogue Box". This happenswhen there are a resonable number of value lists. Exact steps to reproduce the issue:In FMP10Create a database from the "Event Management" starter solutionEdit he "Record Detail" Layout and select the "Tasks" tab.Double click the "Status" drop down list field.In he "Field/Control Setup" dialogue tick the option to allow editing of value list"Click Ok, save the layout, and exit editing.Create  "New Event" Record.Go to tasks tab , select the "status" field drop down, and click edit.The dit value list dialogue comes up without a cursor, so it is difficult to see what I'm editing. Expected Result:A text cursor to see where I'm editing. Actual Result:No cursor appears and thus you can only found out where you are when you type.Exact text of any error message(s) that appeared:N/AAny additional configuration information/troubleshooting that is relevant to the issue: Tested on at least two machines both XPSP3 and different software an hardware configuration.Any workarounds that you have found: None. Edit it the long way and find thevalue list in the "Manage" -> "Value list" menu.
