      Description of the issue

      Can somebody explain to me how the related fields are working in the starter solutions (I'm working with Expense Report)?  "Type | Match Field" is new to me and I can't see how new records are being linked (real time). Also, if I try to customize the text (e.g. type = "item" instead of "expense", none of the scripts work.

      Steps to reproduce the problem

      I've read what I can find in Filemaker Help, guides and Filemaker Go, but nothing is explaining this way of creating relationships (I've always used ID numbers that I can see).

      Expected result

      database that works, with text that makes sense

      Actual result

      database that works with nonsense (pre-existing) text or database that doesn't work with logical text.
