The Data Viewer Watch panel info is not stored in the FileMaker file, but rather in /Users/[userdirectory]/Library/Preferences/com.filemaker.client.advanced12.plist.
The relevant entries are close to the end of this file, an entered along the lines of:
<string>Get ( ScriptParameter )</string>
If you want to have fun and play with fire, you can program something to transfer these preferences from one computer to another, but I'm pretty sure FileMaker Inc is going to tell you not to do that.

There are a number of screen refresh issues in FileMaker Pro (and other applications) with Mac OS X 10.10. For example, editing Restored find criteria does not always display upon editing:

Thanks David. I found it. Rather than copying the preference file from one machine to the other I think I'll copy the calls over. Seems safer.
This issue has been addressed in FileMaker Pro 15.
