I attempted to deactivate Filemaker on a computer last evening to be re-installed on another computer. The deactivation did not go through as Filemaker could not connect to the internet. I verified that the internet connection was indeed working and I disabled the antivirus software as well as the firewall. I attempted to deactivate again and the same error message came up. This morning, when I started Filemaker on the very same computer, it is now telling me to "activate" this copy of Filemaker. I was confused by this as the deactivation did not appear to go through, nonetheless, when I attempted to "activate" the copy of Filemaker, it is not going through and my grace period is counting down. I have the License Agreement from when the purchase of the license key was made. Can you offer any suggestions or assistance in resolving.
