A few other users have reported this issue when using FileMaker Go for an extended period of time. The immediate workaround is to quit FileMaker Go. That is, double-tap the home button, and slide up the FileMaker Go application. Relaunch the file and your issue should not occur.
If this is something you can easily reproduce, then I definitely want to see your file. Check your Inbox at the top of this page for instructions where to send the file.

It does not reproduce automatically every time after quitting the app. Sorry. I can see how that would help indeed.

We are still trying to track down this cause. If this happens again, please write down everything you remember just prior to getting this message. Include the last set of steps taken, the layout, ahow long FileMaker Go had been running, other applications running, and anything else, even if mundane.
