      Description of the issue

      FileMaker Product(s) involved:FileMaker Server 9v3, 10v2, 11 Operating System(s) involved:Windows Server 03 R2 SP2, 08 R1 SP2 Detailed description of the issue:When writing to a table with triggers on INSERT, attempts to create a record in the ESS table are greeted with the following error: DIAG [42000] [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The target table 'dbname.dbo.tablename' of the DML statement cannot have any enabled triggers if the statement contains an OUTPUT clause without INTO clause. (334)  Exact steps to reproduce the issue:1.  Create a FM database and host on FM Server 9/10/11 2. Create an ODBC connection to MS SQL 05 configured with triggers on insert, as per above. (ODBC Driver version 6/7/2000/2005/10 have been tested) 3. Create a layout based on ESS TO and attempt to create record. Expected Result:A record is created and may be edited. Actual Result:A record is apparently created, but what appears to be a validation error appears: Exact text of any error message(s) that appeared:DIAG [42000] [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The target table 'dbname.dbo.tablename' of the DML statement cannot have any enabled triggers if the statement contains an OUTPUT clause without INTO clause.
