Description of the issue

I recently converted several FileMaker 11 databases to FileMaker 12.  Now when I sign in using the same Full Access privileges I used before, I cannot add scripts or fields.  I am provided with the following error message: "This action cannot be performed because the file is not modifiable".

What gives?

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open FileMaker 12 database.
Try to add field or add script.

Expected result

Able to add field or add script.

Actual result

Unable to add field or add script.

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

This action cannot be performed because the file is not modifiable.

Configuration information

Recently converted files to version 11 to 12.

Workaround

None. Other than recreating the entire file!
