I have downloaded your file, and I am able to open the file without any issues with FileMaker Pro 13.0v4 under Mac OS X 10.10.1.
Try opening the file without any other applications running. Does this work?
If you have any plug-ins, temporarily disable them and try opening the file. If this works, then start adding back plug-ins one at a time.
Any other information you can provide may be helpful in narrowing down the possible causes.
