FileMaker 10 will NOT start on network managed account

Mac OS X 10.6.6
Description of the issue
When logged into a managed network account on an Intel iMac, FileMaker 10 will not run. The dock icon bounces one time and stops. If I login to a local computer account, FileMaker works fine. I am wondering if the problem is with corrupted preference and how to clean them up?
Steps to reproduce the problem
Login into Managed Account
Launch FileMaker 10
Bounces once in dock and stops
Intel iMac (white), 2 GB RAM, Mac OS X 10.6.6
I login to the local administrator account and run FileMaker fine.
