FileMaker 12 Locks up

FileMaker Pro

Operating system version

Mac OS 10.7.3

Description of the issue

FileMaker 12 will suddenly lock up. You can move windows, and pull-down menus will seem active, but the Quit command is greyed out. Everything you do beeps back at you. There is no option but to force quit. Sometimes pressing the "2" key seems to do something but 9 times out of 10 you must force quit. I see this approximately every 15-20 minutes. Someone mentioned the new window command might trigger this. It's possible, but there is no seemingly consistent script step that I can track that causes this. This is with a new database born in FM12, never recovered or crashed, as I ALWAYS go back to the last saved version.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Random: Invoking a script step, possibly with the New Command script step.
