Thank you for your post.
On your Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6.x) machine, what is the size of your AdobeFnt08.lst file? Compare it to the size on the Leopard machine. Try copying the file from the Leopard machine to the Snow Leopard machine. Please continue to keep me updated with any progress.
Ooh, nice idea, but sadly it didn't work.
Any other suggestions? And have you tried it with Snow Leopard? If I can be sure it will work I can probably upgrade.
Yes, I have a Snow Leopard machine, and I have saved to PDF and printed to PDF without any problems.
Another test is to create a new user account, login to the new user account, open FileMaker Pro with a new database file, and try from there. If that works, then you know you have an issue with your existing user account. If this doesn't work, then either FileMaker Pro is bad or the system was not installed correctly. I would reinstall FileMaker Pro first before reinstalling the OS.
Very good ideas, thank you. I'll let you know.
