Description of the issue

FileMaker Go will not scan Codabar barcode symbols with fewer than 2 data characters between the start/stop characters, i.e., with a total symbol length less than 4 characters.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create a Codabar barcode symbol that is 3 characters long: one start character, one data character, and one stop character. Attempt to scan the symbol using the Insert from Device script step. Find an example file here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ljpotfp39jgry68/BugSampleCodabar.fmp12.zip?dl=0

Expected result

The 3 characters of the barcode symbol get inserted into the target field.

Actual result

The target field remains empty. The Insert from Device script step generates error 418.
