FileMaker not printing to network printer

Description of the issue
Our office purchased new computers recently running Windows 7 SP 1. A new print driver was installed for the current network printer (Dell Color Laser 5110cn). FileMaker will print only once to the network printer then prompts an error "Printing can not continue because this printer is not connnected to a port. Use the Control Panel to set up a port" no matter which user prints.
Since there is a printer port established and at least one page prints from FileMaker to the printer, it should print all pages.
Only one page prints in spite of there being an established port.

The network printer has a set IP address
Standard TCP/IP port
RAW protocol (setting port 9100)
Can log off FileMaker and back on for the printer to print
