      Description of the issue

Unable to select colour other than one from the built-in pallet when using conditional formatting. My default palette was web colours. I am now unable to select colours to match those in a solution converted from FM11. It is also annoying To be stuck with the rather unpleasant default palette.

      Steps to reproduce the problem

Click on other colour when specifying a colour for conditional formatting.

      Expected result

Be able to specify a colour from any palette

      Actual result

When choosing a colour the modal window selects a colour approximating to qthe one you want and beeps. It will not let you do anything other than a colour in the default palette, not even the one you had there before. You can enter web colour codes in the web palette entry box but they change as soon as you exit the box.
