Summary

FileMaker Pro 10.0 and 5.5 quit unexpectedly when using 10.6 (Snow Leopard) computer

Description of the issue

When our companies network users launch either FileMaker 10.0 or FileMaker 5.5 on a computer running Snow Leopard FileMaker crashes with the error message: "FileMaker Pro quit unexpectedly".I have figured out how to work around this issue by deleting the users FileMaker preferences (Macintosh HD > Users >User Name > Library > Preferences > FileMaker Preferences) and then relaunching FileMaker; however, was wondering if anyone has found a permanent solution to this issue? Our company is unable to upgrade to FileMaker 11 at this time.
