Filemaker Pro v12 crashed on multiple machines while sending mail script to Outlook

Description of the issue

Filemaker Pro 12 was crashed while sending mail script with attached PDF to Outlook version 2007 and 2010 on multiple machines (Windows 7 32bit and 64bit)

Steps to reproduce the problem

Click on a button to generate email with attachment and open Outlook. A popup message appeared "Server busy. This action cannot be completed because the other program was busy. Choose "Switch To to activate the busy program and correct the problem. Switch To...- Retry - Cancel"

Cannot click on any button. Cancel button was gray out.

Expected result

View PDF in Outlook and be able to send

Actual result

Application crashed on both Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 and Filemaker Pro 12
