It's difficult to determine what is the cause based on your post. Therefore, try the following:
1. Create a new database file, and try importing from the same source file. Does this crash?
2. From the new database file, try importing from the destination file. Does this crash?
3. From the Source file, try importing from the destination file (backwards from the original issue). Does this crash?
Any other information you can provide may be helpful in narrowing down the issue.
I will do that, the thing is with previous version this didn´t happen.

Can't tell you if this is the case here, but it's not unheard of for hidden issues with a file to only become a problem when the user upgrades to a new version.
