Hopefully, you have contacted our Technical Support department directly and gotten this fixed. If not, then please reinstall FileMaker Pro 11.0v4.
If the problem still exists, then create a new user account, login to the new user account, launch FileMaker Pro 11.0v4 and try to create a new database file. If this works, then you can focus on the original user account (run Disk Utility and repair disk permissions).
