FileMaker Server 11 Advanced don't respond to ODBC and JDBC connections

Description of the issue
We are using FileMaker Server 11 Advanced (version 220.127.116.11). FileMaker Pro clients 8.5, 10, 10 Advanced and 11 works fine and have no issue working with this new server version. But connections for ODBC and JDBC users goes into "not responding" state and everything looks stuck for them. This happens after every five to six hours. To resolve the issue normally we restart the FMP server and the issue replicates again after few hours.
Steps to reproduce the problem
I am not sure why the issue occurs but it seems we run data backup using FMP Schedules twice a day. Once the schedule completes, it seems FileMaker Server Admin Console don't refresh anything. Server becomes unresponsive to ODBC/JDBC users. Though I try to disconnect all users, it doesn't disconnect all users. Nothing is logged about ODBC/JDBC connection issues. Please help.
Along with FileMaker Pro clients, ODBC and JDBC clients should also work without any issue.
After few hours, ODBC and JDBC connections goes into "not responding" state.
