Description of the issue

When FileMaker Server 13 detects that a file is damaged and can not be opened it puts a message in the log to use FileMaker 12 to repair the database.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Put a damaged database in FileMaker Server's Databases folder and start FileMaker Server

Expected result

It should generate a log record telling you to use FileMaker 13 (or maybe FileMaker 12 or above) to repair the database

Actual result

It tells you to use FileMaker 12

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

Workaround

Use FileMaker 13 to recover it anyway
