FileMaker Server 7.0 Admin Tool Password Corrupted

Description of the issue

FileMaker Product(s) involved:FileMaker Server 7.0v1Operating System(s) involved:Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition, Service Pack 3Detailed description of the issue:We had a password set up to access the FileMaker Server Admin control panel. Inexplicably, FileMaker Server no longer recognized our password. We could not log into FileMaker Server using the gui or the command-line tool fmsadmin.exe.Troubleshooting relevant to the issue:We verified using the Event Viewer that the password had not been changed. Of course, we verified to the best of our ability that we had not changed the password nor had our network security been compromised.
