Filemaker Server Admin Console needs restarting to maintain accessibility

Description of the issue

Once every few weeks we need to restart our server in order to maintain access to the Admin Console. I can always SEE the admin console but I cannot see all of the databases running and/or all of the clients logged on. I also cannot upload or download any databases. A simple reboot of the server, NOT my local machine, seems to fix the problem every time. It does not seem to relate to busy times the only factor we have observed seems to be time.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Run FM server and wait......
Log on to FMS Admin

I wish I could help more.

Expected result

Able to administer FM Server

Actual result

Able to partially view admin console but not to interract with it.
