Summary

FileMaker Server not showing schedules

Product

FileMaker Server

Version

12.0v4

Operating system version

OS X 10.8.4

Description of the issue

Hello there,

We're having continual problems with the FileMaker Server Admin Console.

We have created 4 daily schedules -- each at a different time -- to backup all of our databases, and these backup schedules are executing just fine. I can tell that these backup schedules are executing just fine, because I can see the backups being created in the Finder right before my very eyes. The backup folders are being created properly and the databases are being backed up properly with the right file sizes.

However, take a look at the attached screenshot. The FileMaker Server Admin Console keeps deciding to blank out the entire schedules screen. It shows absolutely nothing on the schedules screen except for a tiny remnant of 1 of our 4 schedules. And I say "tiny remnant" because it's not showing the "next run" and the "last completed" times, even though it absolutely did complete successfully just a short while ago.

Is there any way to fix this problem??

Thanks,
Scott
