FileMaker's Help system is slow and somewhat stupid

Description of the issue
I don't know if this is Apple's problem with Help in general (I think it's slow in every app), but FileMaker seems to return pretty dumb results when I try to type in pretty specific search terms (see screenshot for some examples).
Steps to reproduce the problem
Type in the exact name of a known Help Viewer document and see if it shows up in the quick list. Maybe it will, maybe it won't.
I expect to see the search results place the document with the exact title I typed in on top.
It's a game of hit-and-miss. Sometimes they show up on top, sometimes they are buried further down the list.

If I click on "Show All Help Topics", sometimes the help document I want is in there.
