Summary

FileMaker's Help Viewer is buggy coming from the Script Debugger

Product

FileMaker Pro

Version

Advanced 11.0v3

Operating system version

Mac OS X 10.6.8

Description of the issue

When I click on the error code hyperlink in the Script Debugger, the Help Viewer pops up, thinks for a few seconds, then says "Help Viewer cannot open this content."

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open the Script Debugger and click the hyperlink next to Last Error: (on the bottom-left).  It is not necessary to actually trigger an error code; clicking on it when it says 0 (no error) will generate the same result.

Expected result

I expect it to pull the Help Viewer document immediately.  Actually, I'd like to avoid the Help Viewer altogether and just have a popup message with the specific error code.

Actual result

See description above.

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

Help Viewer cannot open this content.

Workaround

If I close the Help Viewer window and try the hyperlink again a second time, it works, bringing me to the "FileMaker Pro error codes" help document.
