Summary

Files not opening on initial launch.

Product

FileMaker Pro

Version

12.0v2

Operating system version

OS X 10.8.1

Description of the issue

If a Filmaker file is opened from the Finder & Filemaker is not already open. Filemaker opens an Open File dialog box and stops the file you've clicked o in the finder from launching. You must close the dialog and go back to the Finder and open the file again. Or use the open file dialog to navigate to the file to open it.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Quit Filemaker & open a Filemaker file. Every time! : /

Expected result

The open dialog is not launched/opened and the file you've opened from the Finder actually opens. I'd also expect a checkbox pref to not open any dialog upon launching Filemaker.

Actual result

I now have to open Filemaker first, close the dialog, and then open a file or files.
