      Description of the issue

      As stated in summary, my documents had no previous  password protection.  They're now demanding a password which, by definition, can't be entered because it hasn't been created.

      Steps to reproduce the problem

      try to open document

      Expected result

      doc should just open

      Actual result

      i get password screen

               Try entering "admin" as the account name and leave the password field empty. If that opens your files, go to File Options and reset the file option to open the file with "admin" and no password. This is the default setting for files that have never been password protected.

               Another factor on Mac systems that can cause this is that if the "keychain" was set up to automatically enter a password for you, changes to it can result in a password dialog appearing when no previous password was required, but this shouldn't be the case if you have never added password protection to your files.
