          Benjamin -

These are not known issues, per se.

Assuming you are using charts in your solution(s), keep in mind that charts are not supported in runtime solutions - they will display as a blank area on your layout when viewed in a runtime.  The message you are getting appears to be from a custom dialog box, so I'd investigate a bit as to what that script / custom dialog is actually doing and verify that it is indeed compatible with runtimes.

As for the import issue, I could not find any information on what specifically generates that error but it seems like it could be fixed by simply verifying that the import works on the FileMaker Pro side prior to creating the runtime.  If the import works as expected in FileMaker Pro but fails with the error you are seeing when turned into a runtime then I suspect we'd like to see the file to investigate this further.

There are no charts and no import task at all.

Same installation was successfully performed on dozens of other Macs with no error messages.

That MacPaw "Gemini" application is among suspects but seemed not to be activated?!

The same solution as a FMP12 RunTime used to work, FMP13 RT failed

The cause of this issue was detected when I coincidently switched Mac System Language from french to german!

Now, my french speaking customer is forced to use german Language setup with her Mac.

              Any feedback from TS?

Fred(CH), this could happen to you as well, when deploying any Runtimes!

The Runtime should install all the necessary languages.  When you the computer is switched to a different language, all of the menus and strings should then appear in the solution.  If the Mac System Language is set to German, then all menus and strings will appear in German.  Have your French speaking customer change the System language back to French.

will do next week. I have dozens of customers with same configuration. This could be the only french Mac where german language wasn't installed as a second language.

The Error Message is showing my logo as part of the FM Runtime package, though I'ld assume this message was prompted by FM Runtime. The Message is in english, despite the systems language was set to french.

Does anybody have a clue what this

If the Mac System Language is set to German, then all menus and strings will appear in German. Have your French speaking customer change the System language back to French.

I set System language to French as primary language: FM Menus AND FM Error Messages still in German

If you set the System language to French, be sure to quit and relaunch FileMaker Pro.  Then, the menus will appear in French.
