Yes, this is related to the other post. The PDF files are created without Domain Admins and Domain Users. Our Development and Software Quality Assurance (Testing) departments are aware of this issue. Until this is resolved, you will need to save the PDF file to the local drive and using full Admin privileges, copy it to the network drive.
I have also attached your post to the original issue.
Our users are experiencing same issue.
