FMP 8 ADVANCED: INABILITY TO COMPRESS AND EXPAND A RUNTIME PROGRAM

Description of the issue

Using, FMP 8 Advanced,  with XP Pro, on a machine with 8 Gig of ram, Dual Core processing. I am trying to distribute a runtime FMP8 program using "Inno Setup" (by JRSoftware.org).  I have used this setup compiler in the past, with older versions of FMP( 5 thru 7 ), with no real problems.  Now with FMP8 Advanced, the Inno Setup compiler compresses all of the DB's and the myriad dll's o.k., but when the Setup.exe is run, the expanded files will not work.  The FMP exe will not recognize the databases.   Just to test my theory, that the FMP files dislike being compressed, I used PKZip for Windows, and compressed the Runtime Folder.  Upon extraction / expansion, the program again failed to function. [ My other test was to copy the entire runtime folder to the target folder/area that was created by Setup, and was not surprised that the program ran flawlessly ]  Is this a bug in FMP 8 Advanced?   What am I doing wrong?  Anyone familiar with Inno Setup?
