FMP11 on Windows 7 not seeing hosted files on FMA8.0 Server

Description of the issue
I performed a clean install of Windows 7 on a new computer, then installed FileMaker Pro 11 client and upgraded to 11.0v2.
I installed Bonjour.
I also enabled FMP to be able to use network ports (including 5000-5006).
When I try to open files on my FileMaker Pro Advanced Server 8.0, the Windows 7 machine can see the host server but it will not list or open any files on the server. All computer running Mac OS or Windows XP can see and open these hosted files.
How do I fix this problem?

Contact Remote Server and list files to open on client computer.
no files are listed on client computer.
