Workaround
SOLUTION:
I bought that Mini second hand. The pre-owner formatted the Mini.
While installing the OS resp. while formatting the HD before installation, I realized (it was the 3. try...) that the pre-owner formatted the HD as 'journaled/case sensitive' (don't know how this is labeled exactly on an english version). A google-check showed that this is not recommended since some applications can't deal with it.
Reformatted the HD using a standar 'journaled' type - and all runs sweet. WD, FMS - all fine
So, there should be a hint in the manual (or the installation process should be checked for case-sensitve typos..). I _believe_ that the keystore folder is affected since the root.pem was missing (CStore folder)
Make sure that the HD is not formatted using the case-sensitive typ!
