Description of the issue
FileMaker Server 13 WebDirect kicks out any user that tries to log in using old web browsers. The problem with this is that if the customer is unable to log in, they would stop trying and goes to another company where they won't have trouble logging in. And you will never know about it until you don't receive any order for the day.
Steps to reproduce the problem
Visit any WebDirect website using an old internet browser.
WebDirect should allow all users with an old browser to log in and let the developer choose to take the user to a page where they would get instructions on how to update their browser. The user still can't fully access the website due to incompatibility, but at least, the company would know who are the customers that tried to log in and be proactive in helping them solve the issue. If the user didn't get a chance to log in, you will never know who and how many have tried.

The web browser you are using is too old or not supported. Please use a supported web browser.
Well, the workaround is kind of pathetic really. When we receive an email about complaints, that's when we start helping them to fix it instead of us being proactive. The error message is good but we need to know who they are BEFORE they start complaining or using someone else.
