      Summary

FMSA10 ignores regional settings and uses American-style dates

      Description of the issue

In Windows Control Panel I have the region set to English (New Zealand)--which has a default date format of dmy order.  I've customised the short date format to be yyyy-mm-dd (e.g. 2009-03-23). - The date in the server log is correct yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss - Description in the log uses US format, e.g.:  'Schedule "Create Time Children" scheduled for 03/23/2009 02:45 PM.' - Log Viewer start and end selection times use US format  - Connect Time on Clients screen uses US format - Schedule Assistant, Last Completed and Next Run columns all use US format.  Windows Server 2003 SP2.  Java 1.6.0_07. Cheers
