Obviously, something happened to the server that is now stopping FileMaker Server from running. I assume you have already found a solution, but I would first uninstall and reinstall FileMaker Server. Since you are running FileMaker Server 10.0v1, I would download and install the 10.0v2 update through Knowledge Base Article #7227 at:
If after installation this still does not work, then the operating system may have been compromised. If that is the case, uninstall FileMaker Server, reinstall the OS, and reinstall FileMaker Server.
