Currently, only the default font color will display when entering data or using TextColor function. However, conditional formatting will display the appropriate color when the condition is met.

Although I could copy your post and paste it into the web form, there are a couple of questions asked on the form that only you can answer.
But conditional formatting can't display a different format for just some text out of the entire block of text in a given field. It only applies a format to the field's contents as a whole.
True. The conditional formatting only applies to the entire field; not a part of the field.

My problem is - as stated by PhilModJunk - that conditional formatting applies to the whole text. I need to modify only some parts of it.
